Who is going to support this amphibious assault on Odessa, the Russian Black Sea fleet at the bottom of the sea or the remainder that won't leave its eastern ports anymore?

How will Russia capture Odessa? Will they launch an amphibious assault or will they retake Kherson and move east from there?
