If I am making it up go check into any hotel on merchants or check out the Henley street Bridge area. For that matter go anywhere around south Doyle or Carter schools or Fulton for that matter. See how many times you get offered stuff. It's pathetic and if you live in the area you know it. Hell most of the factories in and around the area can't get people in because they are failing drug tests... you can even go over to cedar bluff right at the interstate and see what that area is like away from catholic high.

Lol, welcome to most any city in the country. I’ll be waiting for a link saying it has the highest homeless population, because it’s pure fiction. And yes, it’s called the DEA and it also exists in most every city in the nation.
