Criminals look for people and places with the least resistance, showing them that society is so tired of their shite that even bystanders will now get involved in delivering swift and violent justice should be something mandated for every commercial break on every channel in the country. Once enough of them realize there is no such thing as a "safe haven" for them, they'll either leave or stop trying to rob people.
