We did, but my wife got very frustrated with the system and at the same time I was in a 2 year legal battle land grab with the City of Houston and TxDot over my businesses lease.
I had to close a very successful business. After that having to build a second career, time just got away from us.

IMO, I think in order for the LIV to survive, they are going to have to have a TV partner. I read an article that said LIV is in negotiations with FS1. Unlike other TV contracts the LIV would have to pay FS1 to televise their events. Other Tours are paid by the network. Since the Saudi's have so much money to throw away, I wish they would throw some in my direction.

Being a named party requires certain disclosures and opens up discovery for any issues related to the merits of the case.
We’re not sure who’s funding the case but I can see that being asked in a depo but it has no bearing on the claims. That’s more for the media if it gets out.

Just proves the real lack of interest in LIV and its product by the general public.
Take Bryson, he was a personality on Tour, now no one ever talks about him.
Pretty sure that he hasn't done anything special on LIV and is probably damage goods like Kopeka.
