You do realize he has to coach something in order to still be the recruiting coordinator? Recruiting coordinator in and of itself is not a position on the coaching staff.

So put "assistant coach" in his title and go get a real special teams coach to run things. It's not hard. If he doesn't like it, there's the door.

I could've sworn that Kevin Faulk was a recruiting coordinator only before they made him running back coach.
