CFB Pick'em News: The stage is set...josh336 holds one game lead going into final weekend

Despite only going 5-7 this past weekend, the steadfast josh336 fended off everyone to keep a one-game lead going into the final weekend.

With Pick'em glory at his fingertips, can he hold on for one more week or will he succumb to the tremendous pressure?

The venerable L.A., LSUBRO and James11111 each sit just one game back. The resolute Salviati leads a slew of users two games back, including mayhaw, who held first place weeks ago. The unyielding TigerBandB8 leads a gaggle of users three games back. The unwavering Gulf Coast Tiger leads a throng of users four games back, including two-time champion TedStickles and crowd-favorite GoldenBoy. And the esteemed TigerDeacon leads a horde of users five games back.

The aforementioned GoldenBoy, the crowd-favorite, has climbed within four games of the lead. And while he is a long shot to win the whole thing, his perseverance and determination should be commended and studied.

The controversial Lester Earl did not play. Editor's Note: we erroneously stated last week that Lester did not play in Week 12. Lester did indeed play in Week 12 and we apologize for this mistake.

Special shoutout to Geaux1967, who went 10-2 and had the best record last weekend.
