Well, no shite. That's one of the reasons it was probably implemented. No one wants to sit there and watch an old coach take 5 mins to make a mound visit. That shite turns people away.

Played 1 year Juco and got in trouble before going to LSU in 1968 (to get an education). Then I umpired after college for almost 20 years. Several (about 7) in River Parishes and the rest here in Texas both high school and Legion ball in La.
