Staind are back with their first new song in 12 years called "Lowest in Me." It's the first bit of new music the band has released since their 2011 self-titled seventh album. Additionally, the group announced their latest studio album titled Confessions of the Fallen.

I could listen to Staind all day back in my 20s. They had a pretty great run for about 10 years in the early 2000s.

Sounds ok. I’m just not that interested in the butt rock sound anymore. Too boring and generic

That's not bad. The guitar work is heavier. I liked Dysfunction a lot ad it was more metal
Didn't care for anything after that.

I love Aaron. Don’t love the song, but I’m sure there will be some I do on the album.

Horrible dirge rock from the beginning - and, although I like Limp Bizkit overall - somehow managed to make even LB worse.

Whatever else the outfit has going on for them, Aaron Lewis seems like a good baw and is very talented.

I just stumbled onto this the other day (although it is old) -

Aaron Lewis covers Alice in Chains

The whole "Woe is me" NuMetal era has aged so poorly.
