Would have to assume it's just how the cameras are focused, right? Digitally blurring faces just because is really dumb.

I don’t think so. This was definitely a filter on the faces. You could read peoples’ t-shirts fine. But they didn’t have mouths.
I think ESPN may be experimenting. Some kind of privacy thing to limit liability?

She hasn’t really been shown all season. I know CJJ has nothing directly to do with it, but it seems part of the culture change is there’s no more spotlighting the ding-a-ling fans who think they’re bigger than the game itself.
