After watching the video and I don’t necessarily side with him but just want to point out a few things:
I assumed he went in hard and slapped her face by the title. After watching the video I t looks like he slapped her hand that I assume her camera was in. I don’t condone this but this isn’t some egregious thing. He didn’t slap at face level.
If she’s been told multiple times to stop doing something and causing thousands in rework if it’s high end with high end finishes. He can fire whoever he wants as well. And this is preschool compared to what goes on I. The oilfield and construction world every day.
