Just got home from San Francisco yesterday. They're pushing the homeless and gutter punks into the tenderloin and telling tourists not to go there. The remainder of the city is fairly clean at the moment. Now if New Orleans pushed all of the homeless into the 9th ward, the people of San Francisco would be in an uproar over such cruel and unjust treatment. They are the epitome of back seat drivers when it comes to politics.

If the budget per capita is good, but the city is a shithole, alot of people have pockets flush with cash. If you can't see your tax dollars at work, they're not working for you.

Jackson isn't a small city, it's just smaller than it once was.
