This makes me laugh. I have lived in Brewster County for 12 years. I know land owners from the border to town and people in Alpine city limits, never heard of this. I spend time on ranches along the border in Brewster and Presidio County.
The misconceptions in this thread are entertaining. I hope it keeps people away.
