I’ve had mine for about 5 years now. It has been great. No major issues at all. I did replace the cord earlier this year because it wore out and quit working. It was a very simple DIY fix. I have recently had some issues with one of the tracks starting to slip, but again should be a very simple DIY fix. I do not have the Wi-Fi version or the Caddy, and have not wished I had either in the five years.
It is very easy to clean and to work on. It has tremendously cut down on the amount of scrubbing and vacuuming of the pool that I have to do.

How does it do on steps/loveseats/shallow ledges?
Old school Polaris is getting long in the tooth and doesn't reach those areas at all.
