Even FoxNews admits their debate was a failure, and only helped Trump more

Their concluding paragraph from the 'winners and losers' article this morning, in regards to their own sponsored debate, reads like this
quote:

Viewers hoping to find a candidate capable of pushing Donald Trump out of the race were likely disappointed. Perhaps the evening will convince Virginia Gov. Glen Youngkin to throw his hat in the ring. Without a doubt, there is an opening.

Notes for the reading impaired

* Fox is admitting the debate was a set-up for Republicans to seek out someone other than Trump
* Their plan failed miserably
* No one on stage is worth a shite
* Lets all move on to Youngkin
* We still want Trump out, despite our 'we report, you decide' BS

LOL shades of Wesley Clark and Michael Bloomberg. I doubt Younkin's late entry would go any better.

The last thing needed is another candidate vying to drive the fedgov clown car.

DJT sniffed out this pathetic GOPe ambush from a mile away...and this is exactly why we support him!! Zero reason for him to play along with the GOPe games. I don't care if he goes to a single debate...

Yup. It played out way differently than I would have thought. Props to Trump.

These morons running things really don't get what is going on.

They stopped the Tea Party but the Tea Party never went away.

Bannon, Kirk..”the old Republican guard is done.”

To top it off, the add supporting Ukraine vs Hawaii at this point in time and keeping MAGA out of the spin room is telling. FOX is garbage.

Why?? There are currently candidates just like him already in the race.

It's baffling to me that people can't figure out, in order to actually attract REPUBLICAN primary voters, you need a hook that is something other than 'Hey, I'm not Trump.'

The government wants anybody bit Trump. Younkin is obviously their next mam to try.

The govt (this includes fox news) is so damn tone deaf they can't hear the people.

If I'm Youngkin I'm asking myself, do I really want to follow Desantis over a cliff?

He will play footsie with these money people but if he's smart, he stays out of this shite show and comes out smelling like a rose.

The smart play for anyone that actually wants to be a President one day is to sit this one out.

Each one just wants a position in the Cabinet so they can screw Americans at a more federal level.

Every one of these guys (and lady) is a fraud.

Yup. Youngkin will easily be the GOPe candidate in 2028 if he stays the course.

I think they’ve been hearing the people for awhile now .. but they don’t like what the people are saying.

DC shares nothing in common with the people it’s supposed to represent.

This. He'd now be at least equal with DeSantis for 2028 if not the golden boy.
