Not locate. Entergy couldn’t either. They finally reimbursed us for the precious 12 months and that was it. Three years later I find the street address driving down hwy 30. Four miles off of the property they had been charging. Wouldn’t think it is that hard to figure out but it happens.

This isnt a ghost meter like you are talking about. This meter that they turned off obviously controls the power to the building.
This should be easy enough to find by an electrician or even the building owner.
I wonder what the $40k bill was for?
