A revolving door of coaches is a death wish. We know we will be stable at the top. Needs to get the recruiting dialed up and crush the portal this off season.

I read Saban’s book last month. He mentions the Independence Bowl getting his attention for the talent level in the SEC.
Kelly has a decent resume, but Saban, Miles & O all recruited well. Kelly needs to improve as a recruiter. Find a new D coordinator & staff.

No rational person is “done with Kelly” at this point. 9-3 in both years one and two is a good start to a rebuild tenure.
It’s crazy enough for Florida or USC turn on their head coach in Year2, and their teams suck. Even more ludicrous if there are any LSU fans turning on their HC after two solid rebuilding years.
Kelly knows what he’s doing.

He is one year into a huge rebuild after this entire program went completely off the rails thanks to our boy O. He completely overachieved the first year and swung and missed in the secondary in the portal this year. I’ll let him build his team first through recruiting and a few petal players before trashing the whole thing. If we can go 10-3 with a bowl win that’s something you should be able to build on.

This is LSU. The fact that he can’t come up with a semi decent defense in year 2 is inexcusable. I will give him another year or 2 and if he doesn’t improve more than 9 wins a year I’m done.

Kelly and House have been using the same 4 man rush which has failed all year. They blitzed one time, it worked and they tried it again.
In the biggest game of the year, they changed nothing. “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”.
Look I will support LSU and it’s team and continue to do so. But, this game was a mortal sin by our coaching staff for me.
I have seen this hard headedness and/or stupidity. It doesn’t end well ( see Curley and see Miles).
To cast blame on team for them to “do their jobs” for a totally failing strategy is horse crap.

Kelly has had multiple undefeated seasons at different programs. Dinardo never sniffed an undefeated season. Kelly is a hall of fame coach. He will get it done. He inherited a shite show left by O.
Who would have thunk in only two years after a n.c. LSU could fill an 85 man roster, it’s been 3 years and counting before we get to 85. That’s very telling of the mess he left.
By comparison. Miles first year we could only sign 13 players or we would be over the 85.
