Thanks for being the logical voice to some joke of fans we have. Be thankful for BK, we could have been USC, lol.

Well our state is loaded with idiots so scorching take. Why did it take us three decades to have nick Saban save us?

Your boy shrimp bitch decimated our proud program. Low character players, drama, a complete death of the culture he inherited. To think we valued people like Boutte, Ricks, johnson, etc.

Les was stubborn but he was a decent program manager. Ed orgeron is a classic example of his fragile it is.

Look at the seasons of what you thought they would be.

2022 - I felt like that team had a ceiling of 8 wins, with the situation they were in. We got lucky wins in the Auburn / Arkansas games, and the we split Bama / A&M to go 9-3. Jayden covered up so much.

2023 - I thought the team would go 10-2, losing to FSU and Bama, however I thought Bama would be worse and drop a few more games and we would win the west. It's that fricking Ole Miss game.

Honestly the Ole Miss loss this year is the worst of the Kelly era so far. All the other losses (even A&M 22 because that was a more talented team) don't really bother me so much considering where we were.

B+ for. He's had ALMOST the same start as Les did but a FAR less talented roster. Les got so fricking lucky game after game.

B-/C+

The Matt House hire automatically makes it a B- at best.

Right, Les ran a tight ship with only the utmost character and program culture

I like his plan & general candidness when it comes to what is going on on a macro level.

They are back in LA digging up recruits & he knows that is the key to success. It will only be a matter of time before it pays off like it has for the ones before him

Good take. I just can’t get over how stunned he was with Florida state. Telling the players we were better? Odd motivation.

Laughed with many ole miss friends that their win didn’t exactly mean they were a good team.

I’m team BK but I’ll change my tune if we go to Vegas and derp it up. No way around it-it fricking sucks starting the season 0-1 and it’s been a recent trend for us lmao

B-. He better get his shite together in recruiting. I'm tired of hearing "graduating champions." I hope they graduate, but, ultimately, I don't care about that as much about that as I do winning football championships.

Genuine question- do you think offensive recruiting is an issue for this staff right now? I don’t think many would agree with you if you say you do.

If defensive recruiting is the problem, there are multiple obvious reasons for that. I agree it’s on Kelly to fix it, but recruiting across the board is NOT some dumpster fire. Everyone in the biz including Fong and Michigan’s On3 guy are saying we will sign Underwood. That 25 offensive class is shaping up to be one of the best we’ve had in a decade.

“Graduating Champions” is a sale pitch for parents. I don’t get why some of you get so wrapped up in it.

I'll go with B+.

It's a process and these two years have exceeded my expectations. The program is much better now than it was when BK arrived.

JD is special. I want to see how the next season goes. If he can sustain 10 win seasons, he will eventually win a few titles here with the new playoff system. Consistency is key and not many teams have shown that.

This - how do you expect to be successful in the SEC without putting in the effort. That shite has to stop. As much as he’s being paid he needs to be working 18-hour days if that’s what it takes.

On the field, B

I'm a little concerned next year will be an average team. Obviously the offense will take a step back, and not sure the defense can improve enough to pick up the slack.

Depends on the transfer portal...and Thomas coming back(won't happen) would be a game changer.

Excited about 2025 class

Les miles’ top players for the most part were good leaders and had some pride.

You think your boy Ed orgeron maintained the culture and standard Les miles left? Les left a gold mine of elite players and high character people.

Les was stubborn but he isn’t in the same tier of derp Ed orgeron is. Orgeron’s last quarterback left us to go to a rival. Kelly’s guy is about to win the heisman. Oof:

It’s a C. With the Heisman winner. If you want my honest opinion, I think he’s not a good coach. But I’m sure you’ll hit back, and I won’t care.

My only complaint really. He had offseason drama and had no idea we couldn’t form tackle. He’s paid entirely too much to not be aware of this

Partially worried this is his quick retirement but excited what he could do fully committed. Huge winner at every stop, he won’t leave a loser

I think B+ is fair.

A for last year. B- this year. Average is a B+.

I think year 3 is the biggest year for him though. We lose a ton of playmaking on offense. Can Nuss improve and learn as the season goes on? Can Nuss make the first down or throw the TD when the game is on the line? Who the hell is he throwing to? OL may be good, or may be up and own like this year. RB may switch to being our best position on offense.

Defense, well, its hard to imagine it being worse, but it could easily be just as bad. We have no reason to say for sure the DL or DBs will be improved.

If next year is down, the trend starts looking downward instead of upward. No idea how our schedule will shake out over the next 3-4 years, but its not going to get easier.

Les (allegedly) had players stomping out guys in bar fights and stealing bikes on campus
