I’d rather take a guy that absolutely killed it at a smaller school than some guy who couldn’t crack the depth chart at a powerhouse. Well except Joe Burrow

We had a JUCO WR transfer and turned out to be a stud and helped us win a NC. His name? Demetrius Byrd.

Kid looks legit. There are to many family members who have went to the NFL. Example: Trevor Etienne of Florida. If he was on a better team and fed him the ball 1/3 rd of the time, run or pass, he would be an animal. Just saying.

Did ya’ll see we offered a Wideout transfer from North Texas? I don’t know how y’all feel, but that ain’t going to cut it!

frick off, casual. Go take a look at where Jared Verse played before becoming one of the best DEs in the FBS at FSU.

It’s about finding the guys who slipped through the cracks and developed later, after getting to their first program. Happens all the time. Or maybe all NFL scouts are wrong when they highlight guys from FCS, or even occasionally from D2.

Now, North Texas wideout Ja’Mori ‘Jay’ Maclin has announced a scholarship offer from Kentucky. He holds additional offers from Ole Miss, Penn State, Cincinnati, and Michigan State, among others.

I'm sure Kiffin's opinion on a WR isn't worth a shite, right?

North Texas had pretty good offense. Maclin was by far the best of the receivers. 57 rec, over 1000 yards, 17 yards per catch, 11 TDs

Sounds like a good player to me.

They had a thousand yard rusher and the QB had over 3300 yards. 29 TDs with only 5 interceptions.
