Covid quarantine and masks wrecked our immune systems. Especially masking the kids.

Meh, the active ingredient in elderberry is the same as eating apples which has higher concentration than elderberry, quercetin. There is a reason for the old adage, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Quercetin is also in red wine and several veggies.
Stop.

Elderberries are infinitely better. They contain more of every complex B vitamin as well as folate too

I’d like to try that once. What’s your experience with it?
I recently started using Neilmed, which is the same concept, for a head cold, and it has definitely helped. I friend of mine who has severe allergy issues recommended it.

Wife had a bad case of the flu years ago. Her MD gave her a cortisone shot and she was well by the time she got home, 15 minutes later.

They are worse… for the vaccinated. Research VAIDS.

Careful they don't over do it with the antibiotics. A dose of CDAD would make that cold look like childs play.

Quercetin is a gatekeeper at the cellular level for zinc to enter the cells. Thus, it is better at fighting virus.

Every since I started sunning my balls 2 years ago I haven't been sick once. I even have 2 little petri dish children that bring home all the goodies from school/daycare

Did you get the covid shot? I have a suspicion that all of the people running around with mRNA are more susceptible to worse symptoms of cold and flu.

Pure blood here but have had allergy issues get worse and flu twice since getting Covid, which was like the mildest 3 day flu I've had in my life.

Did you miss the “increase” part of my message?
Yes, people have always gotten sick during winter season. No, I have never had this percentage of my students get this sick for this long. No, I have never seen this many NFL players questionable due to illness. And no, I have never seen my friends and family in my immediate social circle struggling this bad to shake what doctors are saying is a common cold.
I know all of those things have happened before Mr. Smartass, that’s not my point. Rather, as I said, I’ve never seen any of them with this frequency or intensity.
It may very well be one of a hundred other explanations driving the spike in illnesses (such as weaker immune systems from prolonged shut ins, the rapidly deteriorating US food supply quality, or maybe even the downstream byproduct of covid itself), but at least to my own anecdotal observation, the spike itself is extremely difficult to refute. It’s absolutely happening.

IMO, the lockdowns and social distancing has much to do with this. Our immune systems require constant bombardment from a wide variety of pathogens to remain robust.

I hope that you feel better soon.

Covid has destroyed our immune systems. It’s absolutely true. I’m far less immune and much more prone to respiratory symptoms than I was pre-covid. Don’t forget that Covid was a man made biological weapon unleashed upon us. The actual virus wasn’t that bad, but the after effects have been far worse

Got the shot. Never got COVID that I know of and haven’t had a cold since before the pandemic.
I doubt the shot has anything to do with it one way or the other. Just work out, get some sun, supplement with D and zinc if necessary and don’t eat sh*tty processed and fatty foods.

32 and same. Never get sick either. But I’ve had this for 4 weeks now. Woke up with more congestion today after I thought it was kinda going away. Never got vax.
