Personally every other Friday I shut it down 1:30-2. I will take a call obviously if it’s a client are one of my guys.
I am legit working by 6:30 on those days though.
The other Fridays. I sent aside 1:30ish till 3:30-4:30 at latest for admin. I get more done in those few hours than I do most other days, b/c no one is bothering me.
As stated in other posts. Unless it’s important I’m not having a call at 3:30 on a Friday. Our team knows what’s expected. Not here to babysit and hold people around just b/c.

I think you can take a poll on agreement to this statement and do a pretty desd on age split.
Staying at the office because it's buisness hours and for no other reason is such an old mentality.
I handle everything I need to handle M-Th... "close" at 1 on Friday but often out of there earlier...people know my phone on in an emergency...rarely is one.
