17 shares at $132.6 here. Loving this. Also not buying more at these levels.

Huh? It’s as legitimate as companies can be.

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills talking about a stop loss at $510 so it doesn’t fall to $310 but won’t sell at $720.

If you feel that way you should absolutely consider selling some now.

Just bought 24 shares with some leftover rollover cash. Everyday kept watching to buy lower, keeps going up….knowing my luck will pull back now. I’m in for long term though so entry point doesn’t matter to me.

To the moon! Are people selling before or after the quarterly report?

i think this is a long hold for many. surely many will also sell.

i think a stock split may be coming too for what thats worth. i know it doesnt really affect the value of your holdings but lower price allows for a bit more buy-in flexibility.

Looked back at my portfolio and I got in in May 2020 at $90.57. Thanks to whomever was posting about it back then giving me a good 7 bagger!

Then you should take small profits along the way. Stay disciplined.

You mentioned earlier in the thread you wouldn’t buy more at these prices - if that’s the case, you should certainly consider selling small chunks

Sorry I confused your post with someone else.

Either way, if you’re playing the stop/loss game you should consider taking profits though. The idea of selling lower than this to lock in profits on your gains makes marginal sense on a legitimate company. This isn’t some kind of penny stock bet.

Yes its been a wild run lately for sure and with a split probably coming at some point i think the best is yet to come for this company. I just hope the stock doesnt go south i think it has a chance to be a top 5 company for years to come.

_____________

The numbers make me feel it is still a good buy and hold at these levels. They are the clear leader in a very hot area. The rate of stock price increases will slow, but has a good chance of double digit increases for the next year or two. It will likely outpace the s&p.

Just funded a brokerage account for my newest grand-daughter. Not a lot of money. My version of savings bonds that my mom bought her kids soon after birth.

Went 75% NVDA and 25% VOO. Will move the NVDA money to VOO or Russell1000 in a year or two.

That’s exactly what Wall Street wants. Get rid of the scaredy cats so they can buy up more shares at lower price.

Is anyone expecting them to come up short on earnings? Seems to be a lot of fear mongering.
