Best protein powder in my opinion is Transparent Labs. Minimal ingredients and tastes great.

I just drink a scoop of Muscle Milk pro mixed in water and milk.

Pro is the most protein per cost than the normal muscle milk.

I’ll also add a little cinnamon to enhance the taste.

How do you get the muscle milk pro to mix? I couldn’t even get it to mix in a blender

Dymatize ISO 100 whey protein isolate mixes great and tastes good.

For a more natural protein powder I would suggest Earth Fed Muscle. Their chocolate peanut butter is delicious. If you email they will give you a 40% off code.

If you are not worried about the type of protein (ie whey) then premier protein makes a nice RTD that can be picked up at Sam’s for a decent price.

I use Premier Protein (30 grams of protein) as the base, then add:
Creatine 5g
Whey protein powder 30 grams of protein
Collagen w/peptides
and finally a handful of frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, seedless grapes) to make it a frozen drink.
Mix in a blender and pour it into a frozen glass.

Fairlife Core Power 42g are the best on the planet but expensive. Then Fairlife 30g for premade shakes.

Cost effectiveness for quality would be whey protein powder. Ghost, Dynamize are my favorites.

Just ordered some plant protein samples from them. Also have Transparent Labs on the list to try. I'd like to find something with clean ingredients & low dairy.

Premier Protein 30g pre-made shakes. Decent pricing by the case at Costco, taste great.

Go to Starbucks and get a shot of espresso in a venti cup with ice only and pour in the Cafe mocha shake. It's an early morning game changer.

I don't know what it is, but in the last year or so every protein powder I try gives me the runs. It never used to be an issue, and I haven't been able to determine what ingredient(s) could be causing it. Anyone else experience this?
