I don’t think it will be 6-3 considering Kagan was one of the ones going hard at the Colorado side.

Worst it will be is 7-2.

It'll be 6-3 as per the usual case where it is a slam dunk.

I have a hard time seeing Kagan go for this.

Soto and Kentaji are both retards though

KBJ was articulating Trumps case better than his own attorney earlier. I think she votes against CO on this one.

Even liberal justices are basically telling Colorado to shut up and color, they don't get to decide who is going to be President.

Looking forward to some highlights. If someone finds sound bytes or quotes, please share.

Kagan actually popped the guy pretty good and cut him off. Maybe she goes with the good guys.

Jackson is out of her league.

I’ve been on the road working, but I did just hear Dershowitz on the Glenn Beck program and he shredded both attorneys, including Trump’s. Said he wasn’t even arguing the correct statutes.

If true that’s pretty damn sad.

I'm coming around to where I actually like and prefer Kagan to Roberts.

Jackson can't define a woman she will dissent because thats what the Dems command her to do and she will do it even if it is unconstitutional and/or illegal.

She was completely suggesting a better line of reasoning he should apply to answer a question he was asked by someone else.
All the justices have come across as fair and genuinely concerned with the legal questions at hand.

Kagan will surely toe the Marxist line.

Kagan has impressed me on a few votes that weren't purely partisan. by far the best of the liberal justices, sometimes including Roberts. i actually like reading some of her dissents.

Sotomeyer on the other hand...

KJB apparently just smacked the shite out of Colorado’s lawyer, verbally.

The Wise Latina may stand alone on this one.

so Trump should be able to run for re-election, even if he is “a self-admitted insurrectionist.”

The laughable part is it's a legit argument and you seem beside yourself over it.

Jackson is clearly a diversity hire and the least intelligent of all of them.
