I actually don't have a problem with what he said. I'm sure warnings have been given for similar statements before. But it bothers me that he got so close to the dude's face and said it, and I think that's why he got the default instead of a warning.

I think he may have already gotten a warning earlier in the match.

Screaming too. That has to be a default no matter what he said imo.
