Sure. But I have been there, though roped, but I could stand there for an hour no problem, hell if I could sit I would stay all day for $500k per hour. The problem is you can't stand up straight backed and it would get pretty tiring after an hour if you weren't comfortable moving around. It is ~1600ft up the regular Northwest Face route on Half Dome in Yo Valley and gives a great view of the entirety of Yosemite Valley. Legendary climb. The route was fairly easy when I did it 5.9 A1 with one night on the wall but there was a flake that exfoliated a few years years ago that requires a higher level aid or a serious free pitch and probably adds 2 hours to the climb if you are aiding.
