The Team Affinitys are really easy once you get the first card. If its a pitcher just keep playing the event as you get 10000 points for just throwing 3 innings in multiplayer.
Glad they got rid of the 99s on Day 1 like they did last year. The power creep model is more fun and they completely botched it last year. We'll see how the seasons work out however.

Maybe XP is hidden in Multiplayer this year. The XP in Single Player is trash. If I strike out the side in a Conquest game I get ~120XP for that inning. On Offense, I scored 8 runs in an inning last night and got ~325XP.
In 23' these would be at least double that on non double XP days.
