This case should be on the forefront in political discussions.

IF we can get DJT elected again and the SCOTUS strikes down the Chevron Doctrine, it would be lights out for a lot of these agencies like the EPA, Dept. of Interior, Dept of Energy, Dept of non-Education...

There are some other decisions that need to be revisted.

This is why we need DJT back in the WH again.

What is sad is the USSC has to stop this nonsense, in a just govt the legislature would pass laws, not lobbyists, nor the agencies, nor the doj by using ngos as proxys to sue them for something they want passed that would never get through congress.
