Hard question. All these drugs mentioned are bad. I'd put meth, crack & fetty at the top. Used to be combo of vicodin, soma, and xanax. Seen a lot of kids crash b/c of Xanax. Alcohol and driving is often deadly. But nothing kills like Cigs.

The ones that Big Pharma push onto millions of people for the sake of raking in a massive profit, turn people into addicts, and ruin lives.
Alcohol can fall under this as well, but there's a problem when doctors are actively pushing prescriptions to fulfill quotas instead of helping the patient.

Alcohol, I’m not judging anyone because I know the grip it gets on people, including myself. In SE Louisiana I don’t even have to leave the boundaries of my neighborhood to go to Chevron that has a 20 foot section of liquor, and all the beer you want in the cold freezers. Pills in general can definitely be worse, especially if you aren’t sure of the source, but alcohol in SE Louisiana is always available.

Weed. Nothing more dangerous than that Devil’s Lettuce. Clearly our government thinks so as well and I’m so glad they look after our best interests when it comes to weed.
