If you want to do something a little different one day, book a trip with Captain Jaime Gonzales for some inshore species.
Cabo Commander

He has both a 31 ft Seahunter CC and pangas. You can read about him on the Bloody Decks website forum. Everyone raves about him and his other guides. Bloody Decks

He also fishes offshore for pelagic species if that's what you want.

I went on the panga and wanted to catch some cubera snapper. We pitched freelined hardtails almost touching the rocks along the coast and caught some 15-20 lb cubera snapper. It's certainly a bit different than trolling for marlin & tuna all day, and you are doing the fishing. When they hit, count to 5 and then get them in before they go into the rocks or pull you in (drag is locked down).
