I personally think good service deserves a reasonable tip.
The problem I have is that everyone who serves you something now days expects a tip. I look at the local coffee shop person making $9-$15 an hour differentely than a server at a restaurant.
We have a local Mexican resturant in BR we like to go to maybe twice a month on Fridays. Our son enjoys it as well. We normally have the same server who is respectful and hard working, our bill is normally $65-$85 . We always a tip her 25-35% of the bill.
Guess my point is like anything in life it should be earned not given are feeling entitled. Really the problem with a lot of society today IMO
