I tried a few fancy expensive things and then tried tallow. Tallow is superior and simple. Only downside is my dog thinks its a treat.

Thanks I'll look into this - any evidence that it works below the surface of the skin at all?
Bryan Johnson is trying a cream that supposedly got replenishes fat underneath your skin but he hasn't given his verdict on that yet
