I actually like living in southern Oklahoma. Low cost of living, very peaceful. No neighbors for as far as the eyes can see.

If I need to go to the city, it's an easy drive to DFW.

But no place is perfect. I've lived in 10 states from rural Missouri growing up to Los Angeles County. Every single area has its pros and cons. Everything in life involves some sort of tradeoff, nothing is perfect.
