Can feed 1-1.5lbs per month when it's growing for sure. Cut it as often as you can and it should help. I'm slamming nitrogen right now and cutting at least 3x per week with my reel mower. Now that the weather is heating up you should see some improvement. No telling if you should feed anything other than nitrogen without a soil test. Follow this and it should put you on track
