So it’s a fact we are waiving BI?
he’s an expiring contract if he doesn’t get extended. And I’m pretty sure nobody here wants the extension that he is liable to get. And they won’t let him leave for nothing
so he’s a trade asset. We’ve seen the kind of court asset he is already. It isn’t anyone’s fault but his that he’s not a max lead-the-team-to-glory asset during gameplay

MM threw out this hypothetical, and as much as it will seem unacceptable to many for including Herb, I think this is probably where the realistic value is at for BI.
This gets you a top 10 pick, in an admittedly weak draft, and 2 All Star caliber starters. So it seems like a pretty good or at least fair return, for all 3 teams honestly.
