Came here to post the exact same thing. TOE's opening scene is the pinnacle of the tracking shot technique. It's absolute perfection.

A little trivia on this one: Janet Lee had a broken arm when they filmed this, so they had a removable cast made so that she could film without it. You can see how she holds her arm throughout the scene
