Do like Florida did. Hand out the rules. Explain the consequence For breaking the rules
The rules get enforced.

What is so difficult to understand about "free speech" versus threatening diatribes at anyone who comes close to them???
Dont mask verbal intimidation as "free speech nonsense".
Your rights end when they infringe on others plain and simple.
