People who say avoid bossier or Houghton because if construction are short-sighted sissies. When the construction is done, it'll be fine. Plus, there are many other ways to get around. 220. 80. Barksdale blvd.

Not short-sighted at all. That construction will be there for a while-they are in no hurry. That will be a long commute and the roads are not in very good shape. It's a lot of unnecessary wear and tear for someone with no kids.
