I think a lot of you are judging the outcomes for this team based upon where they have been and how likely something is to happen and not based upon where they will actually be if things play out in a certain way. The likelihood of this team sweeping the last 3 series is remote, so the likelihood of hosting is remote. No one is saying otherwise. What they are saying is that IF they do finish 16-14 including 3 straight sweeps and 13-2 over the last 15 conference games there is a strong chance they host. It would depend how S Carolina, Miss St, Vanderbilt, and Georgia finish out, but at 16-14 they could be anywhere from #5-#7 in the conference standings. There are currently 7 SEC teams in the Top 16 of the RPI. A top 5-6 finish in conference gives them a good chance to host.
