If you really want to impact the immigration issue, fry the cell phone towers.The system they are using is based on smart phones for coordination. They are using stuff like web based text services, etc. to work with cartels and then overhaul the asylum laws. Once someone crosses the border and the word asylum comes out, the system is so overloaded that one word buys them 7 years.
