The N Korean leader doesn’t summit with any Western Leader nor does he attend any conferences with other leaders that Noem would EVER have crossed paths with him.

Trump’s advisors did. I think Pompeo and Bolton met him. I was going to say that Bill Clinton also met him, but I was thinking of a different North Korean hostage situation where he met with his father Kim Jong Il.
