Cards can be destroyed…. Put a chip in them like the vet does for dogs and cats. Then they can be scanned showing that they are not US Citizens !!!

I still think they did this with the ones we let go at Gitmo. Let the soldier ants take the poison back to the nest and drone them. Amazing how we kept picking off these terrorist leaders with so little human intel.
