The speed limit for trucks is 10 mph slower than cars. Therefore they need to stay right to allow for cars to pass.

So they’re going the speed limit? Or 10mph below the speed limit? Jailing a truck driver for 30 days for going 60 in the left lane of a 60mph speed zone is ridiculous. Change my mind.

It is?? Hmm well I've been breaking the law since I've started driving because I've never seen a sign posted stating there is a diff speed for big trucks.
