We lived in East Nashville and I’d say about 20% of license plates were from Cali or Texas. Roads were crazy with wrecks whenever there was ice. There are even quite a few of the same types in Knoxville too.

The couples we know in East Nash all send their kids to public schools there. The whole area has gentrified quickly and almost totally, including the schools
