Was it though?

Panama City proper has always had an element that called it home...lots of people come to the panhandle on vacation and decide that drunk and stoned in Panama City beats the shite out of living in Cincinatti and never go home.

Panama City Beach is an entirely different group of assholes....

that's not true. we use to stay there a few years in a row during spring breaks in the 80's because it was cheap and it was shady drug infested shite-hole during that time.

I remember staying at some place called the Majestic Inn. I wore my flip-flops in the shower.
