If enough junkies OD and do NOT get treated then the stats will drop even more and furthermore, without Narcan they'll not be repeat OD offenders.

I say this as a prescription opioid addict. Every month I get 90 hydrocodone. Stop treating OD's as a disease and treat it as a lifestyle choice!
