They have a plan that is for sure. I don't put anything past them. It's probably evil than we can imagine.

They 100% have a plan. They always do. Dumbass Republicans are always playing catch up.
Occam’s razor, they probably just want to get it out of the way early on so they have enough time to spin the result of the debate, and spin some of the inevitable dumb shite Trump says, and any embarrassing moments for Biden will be forgotten by October.
