If just casual,
Pig Out Inn BBQ
Wardo’s Po Boys
The Little Easy, breakfast and sandwiches
Natchez Brewing Company, Pizza, calzones, micro brewery
Fat Mama’s Tamales (if you like tamales but my last choice of these)
Pearl Street Pasta
Biscuits and Blues ( I think this is still open)
Frankies on Main (I’ve never been there and its fairly new)
All the above are downtown.

If more fancy, Dunleith has the Castle which is very nice.

Not sure of any current antique stores. There may be one downtown but not sure anymore.

Lots of houses to tour. Longwood is my favorite.

Added info:

There is a good Indian Museum off Hwy 61 in Natchez, Grand Village at St. Catherine’s Creek with mounds. There is also a VERY large Indian mound “Emerald Mound” outside of town on the Natchez Trace a few miles north of Natchez. 15 to 20 minute driver from downtown.
