Exactly. Bingo!! Everyone needs to be aware of just how easy it is to be labeled a felon. They are no longer the monsters of long ago but ordinary citizens..
There are already laws on the books for the whitecollar type felon to get their gun rights back through the ATF but Chucky Schumer quit funding it back in the late 90's.
One only has to read "Three Felonies A Day: How The Feds Target the Innocent" to completely understand you are exactly right.
