My lawyer crushed Prendergast. And Prendergast costs more. My lawyer sent all discovery docs in a google drive link that expired after 30 days. Dumbass never downloaded the files and couldn't access them in the courtroom. The judge told him he was SOL
The judge you get matters just as much, if not more, than your lawyer.
