I’m curious to hear his “instructions”. He’s allowed a shite show so far.

- statute of limitations expired
- elevation of a misdemeanor to a felony
- state attempting to prosecute a federal crime.
- no evidence of a second crime, which is required.

He’s either going to direct verdict- which is his only way to save some dignity at this point - or he’s going to give instructions so loose that you could convict a ham sandwich.

I'm hoping this is the case

- but that would assume wild-arse progressives have any dignity.
